Welcome to Dragon and the Phoenix!

Dragon and the Phoenix is a martial arts school serving Ogden, Utah. We provide expert martial arts instructions to adults and children alike. We have the experience and knowledge to increase your energy, flexibility, stamina, and confidence.

Our instructors are well equipped to teach a variety of classes. Our grand master, Ron Bennett, has 30 years of experience. Master William Bryan has 25 years of experience, and Sensei Debbie Shaw has 10 years of experience. We offer flexible class schedules on Monday through Friday evenings for your convenience.

We provide instruction for:

* Kempo

We also provide instruction for Muay Thai Kickboxing as well as Grappling and Submission Wrestling. Our programs are challenging yet achievable and are perfect for beginner to advanced level students. We work with you to achieve desirable results.
