Provided by Doctor.comDr. Winkler misdiagnosed a tumor my father had. He told him it was an hematoma from an old car accident. Fast forward 6 months later and my father is in the hospital dying of cancer. The tumor was cancerous. I have no idea how he could not have done a biopsy on a patient that has a history of cancer. It still boggles my mind how he could have been so negligent in this situation.
