My Kids dentist referred me to this clinic because my kids need to be seen by a dentist that would use nitrous on them to do a couple of filling on their teeth. When I called for an appointment, the Person who answered my call immediately put me on hold soon as I said hello. So, I hanged up an called again and eventually made it through in scheduling appointment. Throughout the whole conversation she put me on hold (for whatever reasons he has on the other line) for like 3 or four times. After the appointment date was set, she hanged up on me without even asking if I still have anymore questions. So, I looked for another place and soon as I found one, I cancelled the appointment right away. This person who takes calls for this clinic doesn't even know anything about customer service. She is a very rude person, and even when she is trying to be nice, her voice is just mean and rude...
