Excellent service! Called them at 8 a.m. and they had a technician at my house and completed the job BEFORE noon! I will definitely use them again if needed!

Called Door Doctor at 8:45 a.m, May 29th 2008. Gentleman said a Tech would call back within 5 minutes, at 8:50a.m. Tech. Bill called and said he would be at the house in 20 to 30 minutes. Took a little longer than said but no problem. Bill looked over the Garage Door, made his Sales pitch and we declined all the extra's. Bill than took care of the Broken Door Spring. Gave us the 15% discount for using Dex-online Ad. The Cost was a bit more that I expected, but Bill did a fast and professional job. Thanks Bill.. Would recommend Door Doctor to all my friends..

I CALLED @ 9AM TRAVIS ARRIVED @ 10:20 TO EVALUATE THE PROBLEM, HE DECIDED IT WAS A TWO MAN JOB, SO HE CALLED FOR HELP AND WITHIN 15MIN ANOTHER YOUNG MAN CAME TO ASSIST....THEY TOOK THE DOOR FROM INCHES ABOVE MY ESCALADE AND PUT IT BACK ON TRACK, REPLACED A FEW PARTS AND GOT IT WORKING LIKE NEW. THE PRICE WAS REASONABLE, THE SERVICE WAS AMAZING AND THE GUYS WERE KNOWLEDGABLE AND POLITE.....I DEFINATELY RECOMEND THE DOOR DOCTORS!
