Don't assume anything when you buy. The car I purchased shows a CD player, and there is none installed. The salesman, in my opinion, was pushy. On a fixed income and a senior citizen, I felt pressured. When I wanted to wait in order to pay cash, no one would listen - it was like now is the time, let's deal. Naturally, when I asked to have everything undone and to let me have my car, I was refused. I will never deal here again, nor would I recommend them.

We bought a car from Jim Casebolt and all of his selling points sounded great, only to find out the car isn't equipped with any of the features he described.
