Done Rite Tree Company has been trimming my trees, including several large, old-growth trees known as Boise’s Crown Jewels, for over 25 years. Their knowledge of shaping and pruning has contributed significantly to the survival of the green canopy enjoyed by neighbors, visitors, and the public. They work efficiently and clean up afterwards completely. My trees are in very good hands with Done Rite!

Done Rite removed a monster 110 foot elm that was located right next to my house and the neighbors garage. First class job! I was turned down and misquoted by other companies but Done Rite literally came to the rescue.

Extraordinarily unscrupulous, unprofessional and very likely criminal conduct and business practices.

"Done Rite" trimmed some trees on a property adjacent to mine. In the process, they, (without any notification or permission whatsoever) came into my backyard (criminal trespassing?) trampled my grass (and also left some kind of chemical residue all over it--criminal vandalism?), moved all my patio furniture around my house, left a huge amount of wood chips and sawdust in my yard and broke my fence (criminal vandalism?).

When we contacted them to try to get them to return and clean up their huge mess and repair the broken fence, they became extremely hostile and belligerent, yelling, repeatedly hanging up the phone and flat out refusing to repair the damage or clean up their mess.

Based on the other negative reviews found online, this seems to be a consistent pattern of behavior for these people. I can only imagine that the positive reviews are very likely sock puppet reviews.

I had to call Done-Rite back to get them to come and do a lot of work that simply did not get done. It did not get done right, nor at all. After I said I needed the rest of the work done before I would pay the bill, I finally got them to come back. The person that gave me the bid was not on the job either time, however three of his flunky tree-trimmers were on the job. One admitted that they could not get any of their 3 chain saws to work so they broke the branches off instead. When I called to have them come back and repair the branches that were broke off instead of cut, the rude woman on the phone said they had no record of ever trimming my tree. Stay away from this company as the guy who gives the bid seems like a mediocre arborist, but the people actually coming to do the work do not seem to have common sense or even a minimal education.

Done rite does excellent work and I would recomend him to anyone. Gary was very professional when he did his bid and I was impressed by his knowledge and professional attitude. He did a difficult removal and was very careful not to damage my driveway or house which were very close to the tree I had removed. I was impressed with the speed and teamwork his employees displayed. It was truly impressive seeing these professionals at work. His employees were very polite to my wife as well, so much so that she baked them brownies as a tip. I would refer him to anyone who wants a true tree professional to handle thier trees.

Today we had our large maple tree cut down in our front yard. We were so impressed by the professional work that the workers did. This has got to be one of the best organized teams when it come to getting things done in a timely manner. They had it cut down in about 1 hour and they left everything really cleaned up. They came back this afternoon to remove the stump and we were again totally impressed by how professional things were done. Left everything clean. The yound men this afternoon were very pleasant and we would recommend this company to anyone. Thank you again for such a great job.

We recently had a very tall maple tree removed from our yard. In less than an hour and a half, not only was the tree and stump removed, but all the large roots. The crew did an excellent job! Thank you.

The crew did a good job on the trimming of our trees, but damaged the garage gutter and now after more than two months refuse to pay for the damage.I will not have them back.
