Outrageous prices by WJohnson - 03/20/2008
Don't let them fool you into thinking that their $29 dollar trip charge is all they're going to charge you to come out and look at a problem. We declined their service because their prices were outrageous to fix a leak under the sink so they charged us and additional $79 just to be there. If that information was given before he walked in the door I would have said no thank you. For $108 I could get Home depot to come fix the problem, not just look at it.

Sewer Line Break by Tamra - 09/11/2007
The main sewer line for my townhouse building broke a few months ago. Basically, the sewage from 4 other units was backing up into my basement. My homeowners association was doing a horrible job of communicating with me, and we had been advised not to use any water. I finally was able to get a hold of Done Plumbing, who was contracted to do the work. From then on, the owner of the company called me personally and spent a great deal of time with me on the phone explaining the situation. He also called to give me updates, called on the day the team was digging and repairing, and called to make sure everything was completed to my satisfaction. We will definitely use them in the future when a plumber is needed.
