i wasnt pleased with the trim my dog got and the it wasnt the a really friendly place. They also never answer their phone

This is not the best place to go. I have been here once or twice but it is not a place I would recommend. When I went here I was looking into getting my dog's nails clipped and the lady who usually does it was not there so the lady not as good at nail clipping had to do it. The staff here was not really friendly either. My dog also whined a lot here but other places I've been to, she did not.

No star rating here. Don't take your dog to Dogway Grooming.

Terrible experience. I brought my West Highland Terrier there for her Christmas holiday groom. When I got home and got a close look at my dog, I realized the groomer had nicked the skin around her eye with her scizzors. (or electric razor, don't know which) I took my dog back there to show the girl (I think her name is Cheryl or Sherry) but only the owner, Stephanie, was there. She made excuses for why it happened. ("dog probably jerked and caused the accident") Stephanie simply stuck up for her coworker and said she would mention it to her when she saw her next. No apology or any compensatory gestures whatsoever. My dog now has a beautiful pink wart next to her right eye for Christmas and she will be going to see the vet after the holidays because she is scratching it and it is getting bigger. If you care about your pets, don't bring them here! Thanks for disfiguring my dog, Dogway Grooming...

Stephanie and Cindy are very caring with our pets.You can tell right away they are genuine in the way they care for animals..Their business is so easy to get to and convenient and always neat and clean.....Try them you will be glad you did....

Stephanie is located in the small plaza near Grissom. She does a great job at a reasonable price. Her shop is alwalys neat and smells good. Call for an appointment.
