I was really disappointed today at the Robinson location, 8/5/13.

Did I go to the same location as others here?

The service was pretty slow, took about 15 minutes to get food. No problem though if food is good.

I ordered onion rings, slaw dog and extra large root beer. Over $10 not incl. tax.

The OR were dark brown, overcooked and looked of frozen variety, not freshly cut.

Slaw dog was just ok. I could have done as well at home. Dog was of Oscar Meyer taste, nothing special. Slaw was tiny pieces and looked like highly processed type not fresh.

Root beer was good, though.

I have eaten all over the US and been to chains, large and small, and independents. I was very disappointed here.

WOW ! I thought they were all gone! It's not fancy food, it's good eatin'. And root beer in a real frosty glass mug. Sorry, I gotta go. I think they'll be open soon.

Even though its a "seasonal" restaurant, this Dog N Suds Drive In has been a part of the community for over 50 years and still thrives! It is one of the old time style and can still outdo the newer models!
