I have been taking my three dogs to Donna's home salon for several years. No waiting, less stress on the pets. One of my dogs is 20yo! :) No really. Donna is so patient and careful with him. He could not be in better hands. He has very long and difficult hair to groom, but she does a great job. I don't know what we would do without her, I would never do a drop off and pick up with Nikki, he is too fragile for that. Thanks Donna for everything you do.
Best Groomer Ever!!!!!

I have been taking my 2 poodles to Donna since 2005 when I moved to Tucson. She is extremely talented, my dogs always come home looking BEAUTIFUL!. The greatest thing about Donna is her compassion for the dogs. She is always concerned about them being stressed, and does everything possible to make them feel safe and comfortable. At times this may mean asking the owner to be present so that the dog feels better. Funny, I have no problem with that at all! Both my dogs are now 15 years old. The one has difficulty standing because she tires easily, and her back end is weak. Donna tries so very hard to groom this dog, and on very rare occasion asks me to hold the dog to help out. Most groomers would refuse to groom this dog at all, but Donna continues to help me out. I would do anything to make my dogs feel more comfortable, and so would DONNA! Don, you really misjudged Donna and you really owe her an apology, but bcause you are the type of person you are, she will not get one from you.
Dog Grooming By Donna- Donna

in response to Don and Bev Carlson negative review with my services, unfortunatly, because I groomed their dog a full year ago, I do not remember them or their dog.on my client card I did note the dog was difficult to clip and dry and if I felt the dog was extremely stressed I would have called them to stay with the dog.Ihave done this on other ocassions and owners were always happy to do so.It's a judgement call that based on my 35 years experience I do as I have worked in shops where dogs have expired from stress. I emailed them to ask why they thought I lacked patience and what their groomer in Mn was so "appalled" about but have not heard back.I take great pride in my grooming abilities .my more than 300 regulars let me know I,m doing a great job.

We found the very nice descriptive ad in Dex Knows. With our once upon a time traumatized rescue cocker spaniel, we were looking for a groomer with a lot of patience. Donna was not the patient groomer. We were called half way through the grooming, to help out. This has never happen to us before. Our patient summer time groomer in northern Minnesota was appalled by his terrible experience.
