On two separate occasions I made an appointment with Maria. On one occasion she didn't show up. On the other occasion she said ,after arrival for the appointment, that she was done and was going home at 2:30 in the afternoon. Alrighty then, good business is where the customer is valued and this place isn't one of them.

There's mold growing underneath the tub in the back. My dog went in flea free and came home with fleas. The dogs run loose in the shop. There's hair flying everywhere. And I showed up early to see how my dog was doing and I walked in on her yelling and screaming at my dog. The hair cut was awful and un-even and Maria is as rude as can be. I advise you guys to never leave a pet in her care. There was also feces and urine all over the place. And the "clean" animals were running all in it.
