What a great experience. Was referred by another very well respected automotive mechanic shop in the area when my original choice wasn't able to fit me in. I was looking at a used car for our daughter and had Dodds do the checkup. Not only were they able to fit me in with my very narrow time constraint, they did a detailed inspection and had it done within the hour. They walked me through what they'd found on the phone (I was in Seattle) and gave me a very honest opinion and realistic quote for the work that would be needed. In addition to all of the above, they refused to charge me anything for their work! I really couldn't believe it.

Though we decided against that particular vehicle, I will definitely keep Dodds in my phone as a "go-to" shop for the Tacoma area and would recommend them without reservation. A great find.

we have had 3 family cars here and have all had great experiences. They always take care of us and fix the problem right, and for good! we will be giving them our business in the future and always recommend them as well.

These guys are good, honest and fair and those arent words that you normally use to describe a mechanic or repair shop but thats all your gonna get from Dodds!

They are more competent than the dealership is. They were able to fix a wiring problem on my Mazda the right way the first time and charged a fair price. I am very happy with Dodd's.

This is a great shop with some very skilled mechanics working there. I ad my car in last week for some belts hoses and a head gasket. The car had not been driven for a while and I brought it in to get it going again. The work completed was great and the car runs like new again. Im ery pleased with this shop.
