We had met the Owner of the Company twice when we had our home inspected also at our old place for a sewer issues. We had a plumbing issue over the weekend that a gentleman named Barry came out on Saturday. When he came out he basically did nothing physical to hep our situation and kept saying well aren't you gonna pay me which I wish we didn't. He would make comments his old lady was waiting for him. Oh we basically did all the work so he could back on Sunday to clean up. He did come back on Sunday only to complain about the company and his job. We do feel he broke a pipe on purpose and once again he didn't do anything physical and made a mess in my house. We had to call another plumbing company to actually to complete the job which is sad. I honestly wouldn't recommend Barry and if you do get him send him away.

Do not use Doc's drain cleaning. I was a paying customer. I called and politely asked the OWNER for my invoice from October 4, 2015 and I also wanted to know how often the sewer drain needed to be cleaned so I can keep a good maintenance schedule (I just purchased my home). She told me she doesn't work for me, refuses to give me this information and hangs up on me. Very rude. I won't be using their service and highly recommend you go somewhere else. The technician that came out was very nice, but not the owner.

I called them about my toilet being clogged and not flushing properly. They came out in a timely manner, and fixed my problem. They were very informative and let me know what the exact issue was. Not to mention the pricing was great. I cannot thank them enough and will call them with all my future plumbing needs. Very excellent and friendly service

Let's see... I moved into a house that already had plumbing issues. This guy shows up, changes a valve and upstairs and replaces a handle and flopper downstairs. I specifically ask if there was anything stuck somewhere, because we had just moved into the house and did not want to get blamed for it. THE MAN SAID "NO". Yet, the owner of the house got charged $85 for a "hard object" removal and valve, $42.50 for toilet paper removal in a toilet HE put the paper in to test it, and 30.00 in parts... The next guy that came in, said we just needed a "better plunger"... Can you spell R-I-P O-F-F? Granted these people are under contract with the property management company, but the LIES is what got to me. What they told me and what they told the management company were two completely different things. Even though the landlord paid the bill, it doesn't make what these people are doing right. I'd skip this company.

Same day service, great service, and low price.

I called Doc's Drain for a problem with a slow-flushing toilet upstairs. I was very concerned that the problem would be major since the downstairs toilet was now slow. A very experienced technician come out the same day and pulled up big clumps of bristles from a toilet brush. I am very please with this business and felt the bill for services rendered was fair and reasonable. Sorry, that I do not have the tech's name at the moment, he was great!

Doc's Rocs!

We called them and Richard was here in 30 minutes. He was awesome. He even let its watch while he ran the camera thru the pipe and located exactly where the problem was. They're great. Don't call anyone else!

TERRIBLE

Trying to get service scheduled through the office is very difficult. They would not honor the coupon and suggested I call somebody else. Hard to believe they are still in business with that attitude.

Dealing with Doc's Draning Cleaning

After over ten years of good service, this company has done a complete turnaround. I've never done business with such a rude and unprofessional outfit. Apparently they don't need the business if they can treat their customers with such disdain.
