Dissappointed. by Charles - 07/17/2009I am not from this area and needed tail pipes and mufflers installed. They Overcharged for their work which was very poor. Their installed exhaust hit and rubbed on my rear axle and rattled on the body. I delayed my trip home as I had to take my car back to them several times the next day to cure the seemingly simple problem. Each time they gave excuses as to why the side they had botched up on was the way it was and only heated parts of the pipe to "clearance" the pipe. I looked and it was clear they had simply installed the pre-made pipe at the wrong angle. I am home now and will be taking my car to a real muffler shop and paying all over again. Still feeling disappointed and taken by these guys.
