Not so honest in their dealings by
Disappointed client -
When we had our baby a doctor at the hospital said that there was some liquid in our baby's ear and we have to go to hearing and balance to get him checked out. There was no issues and they told us it wouldn't cost anything since they didn't do anything. Several months later we got a letter with a note saying we owed $200 in full, due immediately. We called and asked why the change and they stated they never told us there would be no charge. Then they said they will just run it through our insurance, which they didn't until we called about the bill again the next month. So we called and asked again. This time insurance didn't accept it since there was nothing done. The next bill we called and asked for a payment plan and they said they would cut the charge in half and send us the bill the bill came this month with the same amount due. We called again, and they told us they have sent it to collections this time while basically stating nothing I said above happened. They were very shady on the phone and it was different every time. It is obvious how they make their money.
Thorough Exam by
I took my 84 year old mother in to see Dr. Luekenga because of some balance issues she was having. Dr. Luekenga was very thorough and very kind to her. His equipment seemed to be state of the art and his diagnosis was very helpful. I will be making an appointment with him for myself soon and will recommend him to all of my friends.
