I'm a studio owner and have been sending my students and families to this place for the past 5 years, the prices are over priced but I know a lot of families in the neighborhood and it was an easy stop for them. I called to see if they were willing to donate or rent out some items for a benefit we were having for a single mother with Multiple Sclerosis, either a donation, discounted rate and if not we would have just bought items from them at full price out of our own pockets. When the owner got on the phone she said "we don't have time for this" and hung up before I could even get in a word. It wasn't her saying no to the donation that was upsetting but more of the way the situation was handled; take a message and call back, hear a person out and say "I'm sorry but we can't help at this time" something other than just being flat out rude.
