My Personal in-store experience was really most worst in life. Me and my family has been loyal customer with said store for over 4+years with all our family car's tire under one roof (4 cars).

Given is true and good to my knowledge and not putting any kind of allegations, rating the store and the employees sincerity and honesty. I have made up mind no more future business to said store from my family.

I had under car accident 07/06/19 and had busted tire.

I came directly to said store with spare wheel from accident location far from 53 North. Requested to replace new tires to store sales associate named Chuck. I was still under after accident shock. Got all set and done and then went home after paying $259.59.

Guess what next day, just realized i had about new packed bed sheets 6-sets 2 sets as well pillow covers worth of $450.00 stored in back trunk got vanished as well spare wheel tire and other flat tire accessories were not placed in its right place nor fixed properly and left like orphan in trunk.

I immediately called in store(luckily sales associate named Chuck picked up the phone) to see, if they had cameras installed in their ware house were car tires are replaced. Enabling to see if i can see it was left behind by employee who was working on my car or what happened ? how did it get vanished?? I was rudely answered and neglected hung up the phone stating can't hear properly on phone and hung up the phone.

If the store employee would have told me, if he/she is need of bed sheets and pillow covers i would have given then happily with cost to cost or might have donated to them.

Now at this moment i personally feel i have been looted, i am looking forward from Discount Tire said location to investigate, revert outcome asap if they truly care for their customers and business and request to reimburse cost of $450.00 material lost from trunk.

These guys were turning people away with one hour waits and only had two damn cars in at a time. They had five guys working. Beware of buying tires from them as well. I bought a set of Kumhos because they recommended them to me. They lasted five months.

They are trained to do this stuff. Find a better company to do business with.
