I've only dealt with this company twice. Their site is difficult to use. Checkout very frustrating. I will gladly pay full price at Amazon or EBay rather than waste my time with this company. Cant access my account at all. Bout done with this company. Only giving 1 star because I have to to submit.

I purchased two products from this company, online. While the product, and shipping was very affordable compared to other sites/stores, their customer service is terrible. After waiting a few days for my order to process, I called to see if it had been accepted. No answer, I left a message, someone got back to me the next day, letting me know that the product was not in stock, but I would be billed when it was re-stocked, which the employee stated would be the next week. I waited TWO weeks, with no charge or phone call. I called again and left a message, no reply for a week. I emailed with my concern, no reply a week and a half later. I ordered my product elsewhere, albeit more expensive, at least I know I will receive it!
