I had good service by PWA - 11/20/2009Living in Queen Creek in a new area not easy to find, the driver called me direct because I always request a call when I book a car. I knew he was on his way. I travel often and use private sedans if family can not take me to the airport. I was nervous about hiring a cab but I had no choice due to short notice travel. I did get good service from discount.
If you want to miss your flight,pick Discount cab!!! by Exremely dissatisfied customer - 07/24/2009I waited over an hour for these fools to finally arrive when they told me 5-10 minutes.If you want the worst stress on the beginning of a trip call discount cab.When the jerk driver finally showed up he lied about what took him so long.Dispatcher kept telling me oh he's doing this he's doing that..he'll be right there.Turns out the whole time they sent him to the west side on McDowell when I was on the east side.Lies,lies and more lies.I barely made my flight,then he was pissed when I only tipped him a couple bucks on a $13 fare.Don't use these guys...I only live 3 miles to the airport.I could have walked and made it quicker and at least I could trust that I would have made it there.
