They will not honor the prices they advertise. They will lie non-stop when you try to get them to honor the contract. They are not to be trusted with anything attached to your home.

I am very happy with my Directv service through Direct Sat TV. The picture quality is great, the service is dependable & the customer service the one time I had to call was excellent

They literally had to come out three times before they could get the order correct. I wasted so much time on the phone. Then the receiver stopped working two weeks later! We had to wait for them to ship a new one.

This company doesn't honor their mail flyer prices!!! Don't fall for the "come back to us" fliers they send you!! I have been trying for 4 months to make directv stand up and be honest and ligitimate on their own ads! It's still a work in progress. On top of that, they have the poorest customer service reps i've ever experienced. Be aware!
