"Legendary" Service by Bobbo's Child - 09/13/2009Saying good-bye to a family member is never easy. Not only were all requests fulfilled, but more were suggested. Saying good-bye to an Albuequerque legend, "Bobbo" was accented with a car show of his work and a viewing in military uniform. I don't know where we would have been without them. After the viewing, I have kept in contact and have been updated.
Very happy by grateful - 09/07/2009During the time when we lost our mother, it was difficult to think clearly and to prepare for the details connected with her death and what that would entail. We met with professional, caring individuals who helped us to make careful decisions by helping to answer our questions. They gave us good advice to ensure we understood the issues connected with our decisions and helped us to get through this difficult time in life.
professionalism by sloopy - 12/05/2007Very disappointed in the lack of professionalism. Owner was rude and abrupt. Kept leaving the room and appeared flustered during the whole time we were there. Clothes were not appropriate for meeting a grieving family. When asked a question he acted like it was a bother to be asked. Was no help placing a obituary and acted as if it was a waste of his time. Would never recommend.
