Have a 2015 ram with 2000 miles direct told me the head lights fogging was normal.. and the thumping in rear of truck was tires that wasn't covered under warranty. Took it to another dodge dealer they said tires was fine and they are repairing a faulty axle.. I will never go to direct again

Had recalls done on my truck. One of the recalls was for 2 front end steering components. The work was performed in a timely manor but when they proceeded to do the alignment they did it with a tape measure by measuring from front tire to front tire. This is absolutely inaccurate and the only way I was able to get it done the proper way was to call Chrysler direct. The service guy here at direct dodge told me they've done 1000's this way. Well I'm sorry for all those 1000's of people who will be replacing their front tires long before they should have needed to

Great place

Fantastic service department. They do great work especially in electrical department. Would highly recommend them to anyone.

I purchased a 2 year old car a...

I purchased a 2 year old car at Direct Dodge in Wytheville. Cash payment was made for the car in full amount on the date of purchase. I was told that they still needed to run my vehicle through their service department to make sure that everything was ok. That's fine but why did this process take 3 days? That was never explained to me.



The service manager needs a major attitude adjustment. It's been said that the service department has not shown profit...well, this lady right here is the reason why. She's an incompetent little twit with a big mouth who seems to either be on the rag or on some sort of managerial power trip all the time! She talked to me as if I were a child when I asked her when I would be able to take my car home telling me that it was for the best that they look over it. Well, Miss Service Manager--once I did get my vehicle back after 3 days, the tags were not on the vehicle, I had to go back and ask the sales department where they were and that also took another hour--the oil had not been changed, the faulty wiper had not been changed and you did not have anyone check the brakes as the front rotors were warped quite badly! Please explain to me how this vehicle passed VA state inspection at your dealership!



As for the absence of the tags, I paid the fee of 199.00 in addition to the price of the vehicle. I was supposed to have tags issued at the dealership along with the registration and the title was supposed to be mailed to me. Turns out, I couldn't even get a county sticker on my vehicle because the know-it-all wife of the owner at Direct Dodge screwed up the address on the registration so I had to go to DMV and pay an additional fee to get that changed.



Buying anything from Direct Dodge, cars or service is NOT worth the time it takes. You'd be better off to just go the extra distance out of your way to AVOID THIS PLACE! It will save you money and time in the long run.



Did I mention that one of their salesmen came onto me unmercifully while showing me a higher priced vehicle on the lot. WOMEN BEWARE!!!
