We brought our Jeep to Diesel Dan's to have front control arms installed, and he hacked (cut) up the frame, without being asked or authorized to do so, and had his mechanic (who clearly doesn't know how to weld) attempt to weld the pieces back together. He even ripped off professional repair work that had been done to the frame to expose holes underneath. He rendered the vehicle unsafe to drive and we had to transport it to Scarborough on a flatbed to have the entire frame repaired. He cost us over $3,000 in damages. Now, he denies responsibility and refuses to pay, so we have to bring him to court. I'm sorry to have to rate this business a 1.
