We have a flat fee pricing structure to keep it simple and understandable.
Diamond View also provides a unique living environment where a resident receives the advantages of both a small and large assisted living community. Small communities are more home-like yet typically do not have the staffing that large communities have. Large communities of course have more staff but due to the huge building size, for some, do not have that home-like feel.
Diamond View consists of three independent assisted living buildings on our five acre grounds. Each building only houses from nine to 15 residents which creates a very comfortable homey feel for our residents. The fact that the buildings are on one site, enables us to operate and provide the typical staffing and amenities that the large communities offer. In addition to our direct care staff in each building, we have a Dietary Staff, Housekeeping Staff, Activities Director, Licensed Nurse and Administrator. The philosophy behind this staffing concept is to enable our direct care staff to have the time to provide detailed, consistent care and attention to the residents everyday, even though they are only caring for nine to 15 residents.
Detailed, consistent care is the key to any assisted living community's ability to care for their residents appropriately. Staying on top of the many health care details on a daily basis significantly increases a resident's quality of life and their happiness.
