There are better choices

I would say be careful before choosing to work with this company. I have found their practices deceptive. My builder works with them, so figured they would be reputable. The sales people are quick to make promises that they do not follow through on. Their office staff is apathetic at best and when called to task on their poor business practices they just do not respond. No only did they not call me to provide me with a timeframe, when I called in they did not call me back, finally my builder called and only then did I get a call. it was this way through out the process. but the minute they turned the last screw they were all over the phone to get payment. I would say check out who your builder uses and if they are using them - request a change.

I have called them for a few problems. One time they told my I needed a new heater, but a 2nd opinion said that was false and fixed the real issue. The second time, Diamond told me I needed a new heat exchanger but never followed up. Also, there was very little basis for this diagnosis, for they didn't do any real testing - just based it on one bad sensor. I got a bill for diagnostics three months later without a word in between. By then, I had another company fix the problem, which was similar, but not exactly the same as what Diamond had predicted. I argued that nothing was fixed, that I was never called back, that the diagnostics was incomplete, and that I was generally unhappy with their service. They basically threatened to send me to collections if I didn't pay, and were unwilling to settle our differences in a reasonable manor. So I paid. Every time I've had to deal with this company, I've found them unprofessional. (bad language, poor customer service, possibly trying to sell a new heater when that isn't necessary). I would not recommend them.

NINETY-FIVE DOLLARS to give me a repair bid!!! No work. Nada. Just a bid. Then, MY CREDIT CARD WAS REQUIRED TO ORDER PARTS. This tells me they have lousy credit and no credit line with their manufacturer. After taking my credit card, woman says it will take four to eight weeks for parts to arrive. So, they use my money for operating capital up to eight weeks. Never, never again will I do business with this company. Tell your friends and family.
