DIA Auto Service is locally owned and operated. Our sister company, Autotek, has serviced 155,000 cars since they opened in 1989. When you call you will be treated with respect and your car will be worked on by certified technicians with a wide variety of experience on all kinds of vehicles.
We've developed a loyal clientele because we stand behind our work with a six month, 6,000 mile warranty. A well maintained vehicle can go 200,000 miles, but neglect can be costly. Autotek's shop pickup has 380,000 miles on the original engine and transmissions. DIA Auto Service encourages you to follow the recommended maintenance schedule in your owner's manual. Our maintenance services meet all manufacturer warranty requirements.
DIA Auto Service is fully computerized and uses the "ALLDATA" service system to obtain detailed repair and maintenance information on any vehicle. A complete computer listing is maintained on all services and repairs, which can be helpful when you do your taxes or want to sell your car. The shop faithfully sends maintenance reminders to its customers every three months for both major and minor service intervals.
As a new customer, you will receive a new customer packet that includes our DIA Auto Service brochure, and a $10.00 off coupon on your next service. (Please ask for this packet, if your service adviser forgets to give it to you.) Within a week or so, we will also contact you by phone to check on your car and to get any feedback you might have for us.
