    Awful...simply awful...from an unsuspecting victim of this nightmare of a company...

    This pathetic excuse of a company purchases business license data to populate their printed directories that pollute the planet. Ever heard of a clean, dynamic resource called THE INTERNETS?Opening was so slow that I didn't pay for a business line right away, and gave my personal cell phone temporarily on my business license. MISTAKE. How was I supposed to know that without my knowledge or permission Dex would list my personal cell as my business # in their wasteful, printed travesty of a directory?The response from the idiot employees has been inexcusable. They have no reason to do anything about it and make it clear they won't even try. I don't get too many calls from it - which shows how ineffective it is as an advertising media - but it's just enough to make my life worse than it should be.Thank you, Dex. Opening a business is painful enough without your wastefulness, incompetence and rudeness. May you get what you deserve.

    Left a phonebook but took my package off of my doorstep. Dex wont give me contact info for the vendor who hires the delivery drivers. Who gave them the right to come on my property in the first place. If I could give no stars I would!
