Awful experiences! by pookie2man - 12/11/2008
I was at a wedding in Olympia in September and the cake finally showed up five minutes prior to the start of the wedding. The woman was rude and didn't seem to care at all that she had inconvenienced the wedding party. Second experience, I went with my sister to pick up a cake for a baby shower for a 9:00 a.m. pick up. When we got there, they said there had been a mistake and the cake was not ready. They said they would have to call in the decorator and that they needed at least a couple hours! When we went back to pick up the cake, the owner was extremely rude and not the least bit appologetic for what had happened. The cake looked awful and was nothing like what had been ordered. To top it off, the cake started to lean and collapse once it was sitting out on the table. I would never go to this shop. I know my sister won't again! One star is being nice!
