Not Pleased by NeverAgain - 06/25/2009Desert Valley Aire contacted us for a spring servicing on our units. The services they advertised in their call were not performed when the came to our home. They promised to check the freeon levels as well as the ducts in the attic. Their logic was it's cold air so the freeon's fine and the ducts in the attic- they didn't look at. Completely dissatisfied. Would not go with them again and if I heard my friend was going to have them to their home I would encourage them to cancel.
