NEW TO THE AREA

I am new to Phoenix and saw this place on my drive home and the parking lot is always full even on Satruday so I went for the first time 3 weeks ago, I read the stuff posted here and most of it sounds false. I was treated with respect by the ladies in the front and the assistant that I met before the doctor was very nice. The doctor had the manager come in to help me because I need to file for social security. She really knew her stuff and she told me everything I needed to know so I felt they all went over and above. I think you get what you give so maybe some of the people on here are mean because I was thrilled with my experience and plan to recommend them to my friends and family, already took my kids in to see them. I had to call the manager for more information on my disability paperwork and she was very helpful so I highly receommend this office especially if you are new to the area, they are open Saturdays and they take people who walk in with probelms, I have never had that except for my kids pediatrician so this is amazing. Maybe they have new staff and the old staff that people are talking about are gone because everyone I saw was very nice and helpful and my wait time was not long at all.

I am a complicated case and need more attention then average person.I am a patient at Desert Bloom for last 6 years.All Doctors there are knowledgable and very, very carring and helpful.assisting staff -courties, and going out of there way to do what ever they can-extra mile.I think Desert Bloom and it"s staff its not something you can find easilly.Go there and you see-just by the huge amount of people seeking help of this facility, you can be assured that they must be great !Thanks and God Bless

I have gone to this clinic for many years and was mostly satisfied. However when the PA I usually saw left, I was assigned to Ivette Apodaca. One thing that has always bothered me was you had to give them $100 before you would even be seen. The last time I was there and the first time to see Ivette I paid my $100 and was in the room waiting for Ivette, she came in typed a few things in her laptop and left. Did not say hello, goodbye or even ask how I was doing. What kind of doctor does that? The nurse came in and handed me my prescriptions and that was it for $100. WOW I gotta find another clinic to go to.

Office manager there is rude to patients and staff. I was there couple months ago and one of the staff seem to be drunk still and they were jocking about it how professional is that ? Also last week she was repremending a staff member in front of patients thats not professional she should do it behind doors she never returns calls doctors there should really considere who they have in charge some employees seem to be afraid of her. Some times I feel thats why employees feel frustrated because of this person.

I have been a patient for about 3 years.My doctor is very informed and right on top of things.She is very courteous.Unfortunately,I can't say the same for the front office or medical assistants.The customer service staff does not provide adequate help.They seem too occupied with their own concerns Expecting a callback;DON'T!Maybe a refresher course in customer service might help,or how about totally new staff?
Their back office staff is AWESOME!

I am a patient at Desert Bloom and I have to say I keep going there because of the DR'S and Providers there are Awesome!!! the back office staff always moving around helping eachother out ! always smiling and greeting you as they bring you back. I LOVE IT!!! It makes going to the DR'S office a good one when you have good staff, but if you need a refferal there are two girls there and they NEVER return a phone call or do what they say they are going to do! very nice girls but they don't do there job . and this comes from a few people i have recomeded to that office.The girls at the front desk are rude ,talk alot and seem to be in a hurry. I have been a pt there for 2 yrs and see no change in the front office staff ,it's the two girls right as you walk in the door. and don't bother calling there office I think they are short staff because there phones ring and ring and when some one does answer they are rude ,hang up on you and they sound as if they rather be some where else! my over

My whole family has been receiving our primary care from the doctors at Desert Bloom for over three years now. Everyone there is very kind and always concerned about our needs. While the office is quite busy and sometimes, it takes a while to be seen, that, to me, is simply a testament to the fact that each provider takes the time to spend with the patients until each concern is satisfied and that they are in high demand. I have recommended them to several people I know and everyone I've sent to them have been happy with the care they've received from them as well. The staff is friendly and everyone always has a smile on their face which always puts me in a good mood, no matter how bad I'm feeling when I get there. If you're looking for a good family practice, this is the place!

It is very unfortunate to employ individuals that are there only for the paycheck, such as the individuals at the front desk. Very unprofessional. There are many other MAs out in the field that could fill their shoes and perhaps get patients back into the practice. For me, it is time to change physicians due to their staff sucking! The "supervisors" that are in the front are nothing better than lax employees. Very shameful. Tried to contact and complain to the head manager..don't remember her name, however, never got a phone call back. NOTICE - to prospective patients, get out of there before you get sucked into giving them your money and never getting a call back. LOUSY CUSTOMER SERVICE. Get a clue people!~!!

THE FRONT OFFICE STAFF IS NICE ON THE PHONE, BUT ONCE YOUR THERE THEY SUCK. THERE SLOW ,RUDE,IGNORE YOU LIKE THE PLAGUE. THE DR.S ARE GREAT GIVE YOU THE TIME YOU NEED! WAIT TIME IS TOO LONG HOUR OR LONGER!!!

The dr,s are great. THE FRONT DESK SUCKS, THEY IGNORE YOU AS LONG AS POSSIBLE and to get them to do work, is impossible. That treat you like you shouldn't be there, only if your dying. They NEVER return calls, and be ready to wait about a hour to an hour and half. I agree on getting new help or have the help that they do, take a customer service or public service class, would they want their family to treated the way they treat us, NO...treat others the way you want to be treated, especially the hispanic with the curly hair (BAD CUSTOMER SERVICE) and to think, she is the first point of contact!!
