run far away by
Have been a patient for 7 years, lately I feel like just a number. Long wait for your visit. Front desk people are rude and love to answer billing questions even though they arent in billing. Collected co-pays for wellness visits, when no co-pay is required.
What a great Practice! by
I have now been a patient for over 4 yrs and it is impeccable and professional and all the providers trulycare about your well being. I trust bringing my whole family here. Some of the Providers who really stand out are Dr. Farnsworth who is the Chiropractor here who is outstanding and has made such a difference in my life not only spine wise but nutritionally inside and out. I also see Idenise Cabanas who is the PA and I have never met a Provider who strives for excellance more than her she takes her time listening to my needs my concerns and my overall health is a priority to her as much as it is to ME!!! Thank you so much Deseret you have made me feel like family not a number or a dollar sign!!
UNPROFESSIONAL - WORST EVER by
Although the people/Drs are friendly, they seem too busy to care about the patients. Be prepared to be treated like a number-an insurance claim number. I went here for several years and had numerous bad experiences, but was just too lazt to switch Dr's through my insurance. My complaints are:*Was given the wrong prescription several times - sometimes they werent even mine!*Was given incorrect/incomplete lab results-The nurse didnt know how to read them!*Prepare for a long wait. Even if you make an appointment, you can wait an additional hour. Not sure of the purpose of the appointment.*Watch for bugs. I found a small scorpion crawling up the wall of one of the rooms i was in.*Just found out my Dr left the practice and i was never informed! Im sure they will expect me to come in to renew my prescriptions now $$$$$*They never return phone calls/messages.
