Great service, great prices, very knowledgeable, went over all of our options before doing anything so we could decide what to do. We will definitely be contacting them in the future to upgrade our door and opener!

Work was contracted with Dependable Garage Door Service LLC through our home warranty company to fix the sensors. When the contractor arrived he informed us that he would not be able to fix the sensors because they were not covered by the warranty. This is not correct as I informed both the Warranty company and the Scheduler that the reason for the visit was the sensors.
The contractor then proceeded to pressure us to pay out of pocket for the repair. After refusing he continued to pressure saying that we would't be able to get the garage door closed, which we sent our son to go close and he was able to without issue.

Shortly after Dependable Garage Door Service LLC failed visit I received a phone call from the warranty company stating that the claim had been denied because the contractor stated that the sensors were damaged due to items resting on them. This was a flat out lie as there has never been items resting on the sensors and now we have to fight with the Warranty to get a new and honest contractor out to our house to fix the problem.

If you value honesty and integrity I would stay far away from Dependable Garage Door Service LLC.
