The Clinton County Department of Social Services is a county department that offers foster care, adoption, personal care and financial assistance services. Located in Plattsburgh, N.Y., the department s child support enforcement services include paternity establishment and the collection, distribution and enforcement of support orders. It also provides the Food Stamp Program, which includes financial assistance services for low-income individuals and families.
