The staff doesn't know what customer service is. I walked in, a nice gentlemen gave me a booth, but that was it. No one else came to my table not even to take my drink order. Every single one ignored me. They seen me there, but did nothing absolutely nothing. I will never come to this establishment again.

Tables are always dirty, takes forever to get your food or to even have someone refill your drinks. The past couple of times I have been here the restaurant was empty except for one other couple and yet all the booths were sitting there dirty with dishes still on them. Waited 15 minutes for someone to finally seat us. When we ordered our food it was 45 minutes before we got it. The couple in front of us didn't get part of their order and when they notified the waitress it took her 15 minutes to bring it. IT was only toast! I didn't get my toast with my order but I didn't bother asking for it either because I would be finished eating before I got it. My son ordered grits with his food and it was still raw. This place was pretty good when it first opened but it has really gone downhill....sad.

My family and I love this place! We dine at this Denny's very often, we never have a problem with the amount of service we get, if I had to choose one thing that was a let down, it would be that the place still allows smoking :| other then that everything is perfect. We typically ask for mrs. foley to be our sever has is the best, not only does she invite us in with a warm welcome she is everything right! She still goes through the motions as a server, can I start you off with, who about this today ect. But she also treats us like family! You can tell she bring her team together to work stronger as one! She recently told us she is moving up with the company and as much as we love to see her watching her move up we HATE to watch her leave! She will be missed!! Anyways The place is nearly spotless, they have several plaks for the clean restaurant! Food is great, and also comes out quick, unless its a Sunday morning, that place gets packed :) but everything is still impeccable! We have not had the best experience with the younger manager Christina, you can tell she really needs to work on her people skills! Ms. Misbah on the other hand, is a woot! She always stops by our table, tells us shell fire anyone that treats us bad, lol, she knows how to get her people to work and have a good time doing it. Everyone has a story to tell us, we know the hardships the team there goes through, and they are honest, hard working people! Go done there, enjoy the stories, the food, the family, it will blow you away, for a diner attached to a truck stop! And if your ever near Huntsville ask to speek to Foley, that's where she is working now, she will make sure you are well takin care of! And since she isn't there anymore ask for Isidro to server you that guy is top notch!
