HORRIBLE SERVICE by tbear - 10/09/2009Do yourself a GIANT>>>> HUGE favor and do not call this company..they are extremely horrible...and if you do...the voicemail for the supposed owner "Todd" is FULL so the nightmare of talking to this person will not even be an option..He stated to me today "I am too busy in SLC to even worry about the Park City site" we had a garage door installed with our condo and it took Todd more than TWO weeks to deliver the simple remote...he "PROMISED" me on Sept 23rd that is would be delivered that DAY ...no worries.....I have a tenant with 3 and 4 year old children who had to walk in the FREEZING cold around a huge building...up two flights of stairs..thru the condo and down more stairs before he could open this garage door....the tenant called the company THREE times himself ..they PROMISED to show and NEVER did...it was astonishing in how Todd could TOTALLY and completely CARE LESS with his excuse being he is too busy...why did he even attempt to do a job in Park City when he cannot do

Never Showed by Disappointed in Farr West - 08/18/2009Had a appointment between 1 and 2 PM. Called in the morning to confirm, he had spilled coffee on his appointment sheet and couldn't read it. Changed appointment time to 2:30 PM. Never showed and would not answer his phone on call back - never returned phone messages.

Quick to respond, priced competitively by Another satisfied customer - 04/01/2009Without even seeing the problem, Todd was able to tell me on the phone what he thought the issue was, what kind of fix it needed, and quoted me a price. He was right on, gave me the price I expected (which matched the lowest price I got anywhere else), was in and out in less than 30 minutes, and provided me a better part than what was on the original door. Fast and reasonably priced. by big o - 02/22/2009Todd was very busy today but still made time to repair my broken spring on a Sunday night. He showed up when he said he would and was done in about 40 minutes, which I believe he could have knocked out the job in 20 if I had'nt been talking with him the whole time. Honest, reasonable by Brazileiro - 12/13/2008Todd came to fix my garage door on a Saturday night. He diagnosed the problem, fixed the problem, and pointed out what was causing the problem. It was amazing how fast the situation was resolved. Excellent.
Great Service/Speedy response by GINGER - 09/01/2008The repairman was fast to respond to my request. Since it was a holiday week end, I expected I would charged a premium rate for his services. These guys have it down on the time and the money. They have the best prices...best quality...and fastest service I have ever seen even in the worst blizzard in Utah's history! My house is located near Pepperwood on the east bench. I gave this guy that came out a tip of $200 dollars just for his prompt, speedy, and quality work in THE MIDDLE OF A BLIZZARD! My garage looks excellent. It works with the most low noise motor and it's aligned perfectly. Thank you, Thank you, Thank you DELTA GARAGE!
Broken Spring Repair by sandyjacks - 04/16/2008Todd, the technician with Delta Garage Doors, showed up at my house for a garage door repair on time; in fact he was a little earlier than our 1:00 appointment. I shopped around and his prices were very competitive and he offered a better warranty than most other companies. The entire job took 15 minutes and was done very professionally. Garage door opener repair by topdad - 03/04/2008Todd dropped by within a couple of hours to look over my repair job. Seems like he is in demand, but worked me in. After looking over my older model door opener, he made an appointment for the next day so that he could pick up a gear to replace the broken one. Showed up just a little late for the appointment, but the repair was done to my satisfaction in less than 30 min. Since mine repair was covered by my homeowner's policy (with a $40 deductable), I couldn't say if his rate is competitive or not, but he was quick, accurate and professional. I recommend Delta for repairs.
