Professional, Knowledgeable, Dependable and Stategic by DFD - 01/03/2009
I have all of my insurance with Dell's Insurance Agency. I do believe the staff is Professional, Knowledgeable, Dependable and Strategic. The reason I used the word strategic is because they do not run just one quote and give premium. They really work hard to come up with the best plan in regards to coverage and price. We did have one claim when our roof blew off a couple years ago in July and the everything went smoothly. I am not only a sold client, I am also and employee. I recommend Dell's Insurance to everyone who has an insurance need. Sometimes I laugh and tell people, "I know, I sound like a commercial on TV but it's a true story. Dell's saved me money and gave me better coverages. In addition everyone at Dell's used common verbiage to explain complex insurance coverage."
