The park has some really nice residents. It is also very quiet and well kept. For the most part maintenance is done in a timely fashion and done well. All streets are cleaned twice a week. The landscaping aroundn the pool and office are also well taken care of. There are some areas it is lacking in though. An example is the deterioration of the surface in the driveways under the carports which is a management responsibility.



Management is a difficulty. Recently, within about the last 18 months there has been three changes in park management. It makes it a bit difficult for continuity when from one month to the next it is not known who is going to be in the office.



All-in-all a nice place to live with its share of problems as it is with most places.
