I called Definitive based on the many outstanding reviews that are online. Now I know why.... Greg not only answers his phone, he is prompt and does outstanding work. We are very pleased with his expertise on resolving our problem and will use him again. Hope we don't need you anytime soon, but we know who to call if we do!

I highly recommend Greg at Definitive Air. When my a/c broke, I didn't know who to call. Fortunately I wound up calling Definitive Air. Greg came out that same day and now my a/c is working great. From my experience, Greg is dependable, knowledgeable, and seems like a very honest man. I truly feel fortunate and blessed to have found Greg at Definitive Air to work on any a/c repairs I may need in the future.

Wow...it has been such a blessing-- and relief -- to have Greg (business owner) available to service the AC units at my rental properties. I have always found it very suspicious that every year I seem to spend hundreds or even thousands of dollars on AC repairs. It is difficult to say if the company I used for the last 10 years were intentionally performing substandard work with the expectation that I would have to call them again for service in the future. I took a chance and tried Definitive Air & Refrigeration and was amazed at the level of knowledge, professionalism, integrity...and responsiveness that I recieved.

Impressive Dry Cleaners

My AC unit was out after lightning had damaged components and Greg promptly responded to my call. He is very knowledgeable on refrigeration and AC systems. My unit was up and running within an hour and half. A great job! Highly recommendable!

Excellent service. I set an appointment 2 weeks prior to my arrival at my home in Pensacola Fl. Mr. Spears confirmed my appointment the day before, arrived on time, and found the AC problem quickly. He is now communicating with the manufacturer for warranty resolution. Gregory goes above and beyond the norm when it comes to service.

I work with Operation Blessing International, we came to assist the flood victims in early May. We brought our Mobil kitchen and when I checked our refrigerator, it was not cooling. I called Definitive Thursday afternoon, he said he could come over Friday. Early Friday morning he was there and without delay was able to fix our problem, he also fixed our freezer fan. I would highly recommend Definitive for all your cooling repairs. I give them an A+ for great service.

Greg at Definitive recently repaired my SubZero refrigerator. He was on time for the appointment and called to say he was on his way. The SubZero had not cooled properly for years and Greg immediately recogized the problem and repaired it. For the first time ever, we had to INCREASE the temperature it is cooling so well! I was also impressed that he uses an IPad and can quickly find answers (such as part numbers) for every appliance. Thanks for a job well done!

Our ac stopped working and they had high ratings. I called and they came out the same day and it was working when they left. Service was great, affordable, and the people were wonderful. A+.

Great Company and Professional Service! Very Knowlegable, efficient and affordable. They came out first thing this morning, on time, and repaired my home AC unit. Greg not only repaired my immediate problem, a leak in my system, he replaced a couple of other worn out items that badly needed replacing. By replacing these items now it saved me a future house call and another unexpected breakdown in my AC unit this summer or heat this winter. Thanks Greg for the great job you did!

Very profesional. When my walk in freezer went down on saturday, I thought I would lose my meat products. They fixed it that day, and like they said, NO OVERTIME!! Thanks guys, super helpful.
