Description

We have been instructing men, women, and children in the Spokane area since 1984, offering classes in Taekwondo, Hapkido, and Judo. Over the years we have developed a special children's program for ages 4-6. Our unique adult program is a highly refined, innovative, defense system, that is fun to learn as well as, an excellent fitness activity. The study of Defense Arts is more than a self-defense system; students learn to conquer fear, develop personal power, and improve their quality of life.
