My sister has been on oxygen for yrs she never had problems with the previous owners, it's summertime n she goes to pulmonary rehab which requires her to use portable tanks so this company limits u to how many takes you are eligible for regardless of ur insurance. Yes my sister could live on the amt of tank they allot u if she sat on her couch everyday but if u need a reliable oxygen co this isn't the right one. I was with my sister yesterday at the store shopping hooked up a big tank 5 min into shopping she rushed out on electric wheelchair she was gasping for oxygen a gentlemen had popped two tank with caps on n no oxygen in them they use defective tank which leak oxygen so if u think bc the white caps r on the have oxygen u better check bf going anywhere. Now they tell me she just needs to find another service POOR SERVICE RUDE CUSTOMER SERVICE lack of concern or compassion n faulty old equipment now of course they want the faulty tanks to cover their butt they have old faulty tanks that leak oxygen by the time u realize their empty u too might be far from home out of 4 tank only one had oxygen the others were empty w sealed white caps so when ur loved one is gasping for air an u hook a supposedly full tank up n it's empty it's just a good thing thank God we were close to her home bf she went into respiratory stress! BEWARE faulty, old, leaky tanks!!!!!
