Description

The owner, Philip Decker, began working for a custom cabinet shop located in the area in 1998. In 2001, he began his own cabinet shop in a small building with 900 sq. ft. and no employees. When he realized the interest for quality custom cabinetry, he hired 2 employees and began looking for a larger building.

In 2004, we purchased a 5000 sq. ft. building located in Butler, MO. In 2005, a fire nearly destroyed the building but with help from the community we were operating again in less than 2 and 1/2 months. Today with a total of 5 employees including the owner and his wife, we focus on meeting your highest expectations in function and design.


Exterior

Tight 3 Millimeter Reveals are an indication of high quality cabinetry. This is made possible by CNC sizing of door and drawer fronts.

Top mount Crown and bottom mount light rail systems allows us to attach moldings with hidden screws versus nails. This eliminates nail holes on the face of your cabinet and if moldings become damaged they can be removed and repaired/replaced if necessary.

Conversion Varnish is the finest quality finish product that can be used in kitchen and bath applications.
This two-part acid catalyzed finish is tough enough for tabletops and other humid or spill-prone areas. It also does not yellow with age as do most lacquers.

Applied end panels allow these highly visual components to be replaced in case of damage without requiring disassembly of the entire cabinet.

Doors and Drawer Fronts are finish sanded with 220 grit paper. This creates an extremely smooth finish and ultimate grain clarity.

Interior

Full Access Euro Cabinetry provides up to 20% more storage inside the cabinets and inside the drawers than the typical modular face frame cabinets you see at your local home store or conventional cabinet builder. Utilizing full access also allows better loading and unloading of cabinet as there are no vertical frame members to obstruct the entrance.

Interior Material is a full 3/4 of an inch thick. You can choose between either a durable thermally-fused melamine or a prefinished veneer core birch plywood with a UV coating. Both materials allow you to use cabinets without shelf liners.

System Drawer Boxes are an integral drawer/front/slide combination which eliminates loose drawer parts and frees up space inside the drawer.
All system drawers have three-dimensional drawer front adjustment, full 3/4 inch bottoms and a five year warranty.

The absolute best value in system drawers is the Grass Zargen. This drawer provides a smooth quiet feel and helps free up budget dollars to use for door style upgrades and moldings.


Our full extension drawer is the Nova Pro. This superbly designed system drawer comes with soft-close and is the quietest drawer available.

Dovetailed Hardwood Drawers are made from solid maple using 5/8” thick material. This drawer gives more of a traditional look with exposed dovetail joints in all four corners. All dovetailed drawers come with concealed under mount full extension slides. These slides feature a shock absorber that slows the momentum of the drawer, offering a soft quiet close.
