My husband and I checked in on saturday 10-19-2013 originally we were staying 4 nights but they advertise a weekly rate of only $225 as we are having work done on our house we decided to extend our stay for a whole week...they wanted an additional $50 ontop of the weekly rate which we paid than on the third morning we get a phone call they want an additional $50 and they want to move our room and they don't want us to eat their breakfest (a bagel and coffee) all this after we have paid we have written contract...this place is horrible illegal and a total SCAM...you get what you pay for and we were okay with a small old not so clean with issues room for the cheap price but this illegal bait and switch is so so wrong don't bother staying here they treat their guest poorly and take advantage of unsuspecting people

Got the Hot Tub room & it was great - friendly front desk - FAST wifi - bagel & coffee in the morning / I'LL BE BACK !

I called Naperville taxi and they were there within minutes. I use them now no matter where I am. The cabs are very clean and the drivers are all friendly and knowledgable.

The owner Keith was very rude to me. He seems as if it was a bother to pick my us up and drop us off. Why bother being in the business then? Hope his employees are better then him.
