Very disatisfied with customer service from the very second they picked up the phone. Sad customer service, poor communication and unhelpful advice. Quoted very high in comparisson to local altrnative.

Worst customer service I've ever had in any local shop. Slow to respond to me entering the store, and even slower to actually help me. The young man who finally helped me was more helpful than the older two, but he knew very little, and the service tech was too busy on the internet to let him look anything up. Find what you need on the internet, or a big box store if you can. I won't be going back.
Very dishonest and rude

I purchased a fuel pump here only to find that what they gave me wasn't what I ordered, but was a cheap generic plastic pump instead of the name brand metal one. When I returned to the store to point this out to them I was told by Brandon that it was the right fuel pump, I offered to pull up a picture on the internet of what I paid for at which point her became furious and got very rude and defensive. I simply stated I wanted my money back and that it was dishonest what he was doing, at which point I was callled a "little prick" and returned my money minus 5% for a restocking fee! What a joke! Go online and save more than hundreds and check at auto parts stores too, I paid half of what they charge at autozone. Horrible service, not a single person I know will shop there again.

We purchased a presure washer from Lowes, used it for an hour and it quit puttng out presure, we took it back to the store only to be told they dont repair or have no info on parts replacement. Days not only fixed it under warranty, even though they didnt sell it or the brand. But they also showed me how to care for it during storage, best service ive ever had. Thank you so muck guys

Day power has earned my respect over and over, My farms are in green river. I have all of my atv's serviced there, They have never run better, and believe me ive tried alot of places, its a long drive to roy..... They have a dedicated customer, if you have been in there store its busy, but theres a reason for it. Thank you for the sales and service Days....

I am trying to call Day equip. to get warranty work done. 4:00 on a Monday. They post hours of 9-6 on Monday. Same problem I have had before. Phone rings several times then some one or something picks up the phone and hangs it up, no talk, no nothing. Like they are too busy to ask you to hold.Had this problem at least 2 times before, so I went to another repair shop.
