Strange and Impersonal

The man came to our door and didn't say anything just stood there, didn't introduce himself, didn't say who he represented - I had to figure it out. Again when he was rekeying, no communication as to how long it would take or anything. When he was done he left the bill which was $60 more than quoted because he rekeyed twice the amount that we wanted or expected! I think these people could use help with their service people in how to communicate effectively, what exactly they are going to do, and how much each lock will cost.

The girl they sent out to us was on a personal phone call the whole time complaining about her mom renting from the owner of the company. Cussed like a sailor the entire time! Very rude and emotional.

Absolutely ridiculous experience with this business. They lie about their prices. I was told $100, then $75. I paid $80.00 for a poorly cut key that wouldn't even enter my ignition and they refused to give me my money back. The owner said he would "be losing money" if he refunded me and the lady receptionist offered to call the sheriffs office twice when I wouldn't drop the matter. No regard whatsoever for their customers or students which they claim they "proudly serve".
Tells you one price then charges another

My husband locked my key in my car this weekend so he called this company to open my car. They told us $50.00 over the phone but after they opened my car they charged us $60.00. The argued that they would never have told us $50.00. Also they arrived much later than they said they would citing an emergency call came in. I will never call this company again. And I suggest you don't either!
