Have been using Davis Air Conditioning and Heating for the last three years, and I cannot say enough positive things about them. We own several properties, and Dave from Davis has been our "go to" guy for all of them. We recently purchased a new property which needed some AC maintenance, and made the mistake of using someone recommended to us by our agent. When we discovered the AC had not been properly repaired, we called Dave, and he came out immediately (during thesummer) and fixed it. Prompt, efficient, and competent - he even came out once on a Friday night, well after business hours, to repair our AC just as a thunderstorm was about to hit! Never tries to sell you something you don't need, and his rates are fair, too. We'll never use anyone else.
