customer service is extremely poor, i paid 850.00 for a gorgeous dress to receive nothing but problem after problem, stains, tears you name it, did i mention it was returned 4times! what a bad company! its no ones fault and they cant do anything about it! Who's fault is it then???

too crowded, no personal attention even though you are assigned an appt and a rep, once you get there you may find a mob of women doing the same thing as you and it has an assembly line kind of feel to the service there. They did not make my day relaxing and enjoyable as a matter of fact, my day there heightened my anxiety to an enormous level.
