I have been with Dave for 11 y...

I have been with Dave for 11 years. Have never had a problem until I had a horrific accident on Friday Jan 06, 2012 at 4:15pm. I called his office right away and let them know that it was bad but didn't have all the info. Sometime after 5pm I called again when I had the info, no answer but I left a message. I left 3 messages on Saturday. None were returned. His excuse - didn't get the messages. Right. My opinion is, good agent as long as you don't need to talk to him on weekends, it appears he can't be bothered then.
