I've had 2 bad experiences and am never coming back. Was told by someone they are nice stand up guys. Came in with a newer GoPro Hero3 Black Edition and was told "well we wouldn't know what to do with it"It's a camera...you sell it...to someone who goes kayaking around here. Decided to bring 2 guitars in at a later date...1 guitar, they told me had "neck bow" without even plugging it in. And only by looking down the neck. A. They didn't check the truss rod. B. He didn't measure the neck reliefC. He only eyeballed itD. I'll put my life on the line to say that it has HALF the relief of an all American Strat. Period. They don't have a knowledgable guitar tech or someone who understands guitars at this store. The guy behind the counter then zipped the case up 3/4 of the way, and handed it to me...only to have it fall out of the bottom onto the pavement when I got outside. Rendering my guitar..now useless. So I bring in my other guitar...The guy takes a look at it, plugs it in, and tests it, then says "ok ill be back" without checking the model number...still has no clue what model it is...I'm waiting 10 min. Finally someone else comes over, picks it up, looks at it, DOESN'T check the model number, only sees the words "Made in Indonesia" on it And says "It's made in Indonesia, it's not worth any money."Tell that to Vai, Satriani, and the like...oh btw...it's a premium model Ibanez...guess what...Ibanez's Premium Factory is in Indonesia...if you would have looked up the model number...you'd see how much I truly paid for it. Morons. I will never go here again. Avoid this place, and go to the one across the bridge, at least they have a more professional atmosphere and provide better service. They actually look up the value of your items! All I got from this place was a bunch of middle aged guys who seemed pretty up tight about everything, and like they only cared about guns. Don't deal guitars if you don't know anything about them guys!

Went there to sell a gun that was new in the box, but a few years old. Gun values showed over $650 but Dave would only offer $200,,,,,,,, what a rip. I would go anywhere but here, his prices are if you have no other resort.
