Worst place to rent from by far, DO NOT rent from here. First of all, the day I moved in there was trash left from the previous tenant all throughout the front yard, and I could not move in on the original date because they needed to clean. I had to figure out where to live for three days because of their "cleaning." The trash in the yard should have been a clue as to what the house was like. The house smelled moldy and the place was not clean on the inside at all. So the move in date was pretty much pointless as far as the "cleaning" that they had to do.

Darden Management and Darden are completely untrustworthy and unreliable. I rented from them last year and was in the process of moving out because I was moving to a different city. I paid for all the requirements (cleaning, carpet, etc..) and did an early walk through of the apartment with Patrick Darden. Patrick Darden said the apartment was in perfect condition and that I could expect my deposit back.

I took pictures of the apartment before leaving town to ensure that the place as I left it was clean (because my experience with them made me feel that sketchy.) A few weeks go by, I get a letter in the mail saying that I owe them over $100. So not only did they take my deposit but I owe them over $100 for "damages" that they are making up. Sent them two letters disputing the charges and they only sent back one letter with NEW charges. So it is obvious, that they are pulling these numbers out of nowhere. I left the apartment in July 2015 got a letter for the charges in September 2015, I still have not had any response back (its January 2016 now) and I have called, emailed, and sent letters

This is on top of the many maintenance requests that simply got ignored and the horrible attitudes from the employees. I guarantee if you rent from this place you will regret it. I wish there was an option to give them no stars.

Darden Property Management has ALWAYS been a great company to my family. If i have a problem, they always come within 24 hours , unless it's an emergency, in case it was resolved very quickly. Shinera is so sweet and always takes care of us. Anyone who says something negative must be talking about another company because they have never done us wrong. The guys who come to fix something are always polite and helpful. I have only good things to say about Darden!

My family and I have lived in our home for five years now and we absolutely love it. Shynira and Bill manages our property and in the five years that we've rented with Darden, we've had nothing but excellent service. They've always responded quickly to any issues that we have had with the property; as a tenant, that is very important to me.

If you're looking for a company to rent from with top notch management and quality customer service, I highly recommend Darden Realty!

These people, especially the owner and his "assistant" Jerrell, have possibly the lowest skills and professionalism I have seen in a property management company. Their business model is to get renters in your property but not take care of them, address maintenance issues or inspect the property at least once a year for damage or maintenance, which costs me more money as the owner in the long run. DO NOT USE THESE PEOPLE under any circumstances, unless you are a slum lord, in which case they should work out great for you.

When i first moved into my property i did have quite a few problems, the property manager didn't know about parking, trash pick up or getting mail and she had managed this property for a while. My car was towed because our property manager had no knowledge of parking. So after I was a nightmare to them i got them to reimburse me all the money i spent in towing fees etc. After that, really after me showing them hell they have been nothing but great. I thankfully have a new property manager so when my property was switched (without me being informed) Everything has been great. He is very helpful when I call and almost always returns my calls. When I call for maintenance they send someone right away. And contact me back to make sure the contractors came to my unit. I've been renting the same unit for the past 4 years now and haven't had any issues for the last 3

The services from Darden Property Management have left me wanting nothing. I have been much more than just satisfied by their services. Thanks for all of your help.

They do a great job taking care of the tenants, the rental property and my concerns. I have had all good results with them and recommend them to friends often.

I'm in the commercial real estate business and I know full well that there's nothing passive about real estate. Hands-on management is needed and your firm hides that reality.
