Terrible Service by KennyG - 12/16/2009
Took my car to Dan's for a simple oil change & inspection, had an appointment & everything. I was told it would take an hour, possibly a little longer. After waiting 2 hours & 15 minutes I decided to call to see if it was done only to learn they were just about to pull it in for the oil change. They did not call me or anything to tell me it was going to take that long so I told them to just forget it. I have given them a ton of business in the past & will no longer be taking any of my vehicles there. They USED to be very good & now it seems they have gone down hill. Take your car somewhere else.
